Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing and drive to Pokhara
Spend the morning at Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square, then drive to Pokhara in the afternoon. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 3: Sarangkot sunrise and Pokhara sightseeing
Early drive to Sarangkot for sunrise. After breakfast, visit David’s Fall, Gupteshwar Cave, the International Mountain Museum, and take a boat ride on Phewa Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 4: Drive to Chitwan and afternoon activities
Leave Pokhara and drive to Chitwan National Park. In the late afternoon, visit a Tharu village and watch the sunset over the grasslands. Overnight in Chitwan.
Day 5: Full-day Chitwan jungle safari
Spend the full day on safari. Options include a jeep safari, canoe ride on the Rapti River, and guided nature walk. Evening Tharu cultural dance. Overnight in Chitwan.
Day 6: Drive to Kathmandu
Return to Kathmandu. Free evening for a final walk in Thamel or a farewell dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 7: Departure transfer
Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport.
