Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar Arrive in Haridwar and transfer to your hotel. Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight in Haridwar.
Day 2: Haridwar to Rishikesh Drive to Rishikesh and check into your retreat centre. Afternoon yoga session and welcome satsang. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 3: Yoga and Rishikesh sights Morning yoga and meditation. Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and the Beatles Ashram. Evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 4: Wellness and nature day Morning yoga, optional Ayurvedic massage, and an afternoon walk to a nearby waterfall or river beach. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 5: Himalayan foothill excursion Take a short drive into the surrounding hills for a guided nature walk and picnic lunch. Return for evening meditation. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 6: Departure transfer Final morning yoga session, then transfer to Dehradun Airport or Haridwar railway station.
